影响1吨燃气锅炉燃烧状态因素有哪些?

一是1吨燃气锅炉炉排面积小。该炉排宽度不能使单位时间内进入炉排的燃料达到该设计参数下所需的耗煤量,即锅炉产生热量和高温烟气量与设计出力要求的远远不足,其结果必然是压力、蒸发量偏离设计值。

四是前后拱结构不合理,燃烧达不到最佳状态。前后拱配合不当,燃尽区的高温烟气,被引导作用不明显,拱不能保证炉膛有较高温度,主燃区得不到应有的热量,煤燃不透;同时后拱覆盖炉排面积较大,拱型结构使高温烟气流动受阻,削弱了扰动,缩短烟气流程,同时造成喉部高温烟气中未燃物与空气混合不良,增加了化学燃烧损失。
